To those who preordered via Smart/Globe. Have you received your handraiser coupons for the samsung store after submitting requirements via the redemption page?

Hello do you have your discount vouchers for the buds and watch from.pre ordering from smart/globe?

Preordered from a physical Smart store. They mentioned for stores, you only get to choose either the storage upgrade and samsung care or discount vouchers. I chose the upgrade since I dont want the vouchers. Not sure if its a Smart policy or Samsung policy. So, no I dont have the vouchers

From smart stores we are supposed to have both promos applied storage upgrade and discount vouchers. I had the storage upgrade and they sent me an email how to redeem discount vouchers

That wasnt mentioned. Id have to confirm with the Smart store Ive pre-ordered from. Thanks.

But after registering on the samsung members app i did not receive any confirmation or any other instructions on whats next

The only thing I know of is the handraiser one (5k e-store) which can be redeemed via https://www.samsung.com/ph/redemption/#telco
