Has anyone successfully redeemed the handraiser 5k evoucher for telco preorders? What documents did you submit? This is my 4th time being rejected and Samsungs redemption customer service is not helpful at all. Ive submitted screenshots of the settings page for IMEI and that was rejected. 8ve submitted both the receipt from Smart as well as my recontracting application with fold 5 preorder as my unit and those got rejected as well. I was trying to confirm with Samsung redemption what to submit and they just copy and pasted the response when my redemption was rejected.

Was looking forward to the voucher to purchase just the sPen as I dont care much for the case with pen (heard terrible reviews from that case) and I would like a case with magsafe anyway.

Its PHE20230817173055-210. Do note that Ive submitted pic of the box, screenshots of settings page that shows the IMEI as well as a screenshot of the device page here in Samsung Members. Ive also submitted receipt from Smart Telco when I picked up my unit as well my recontract application with mention of fold 5 preorder. Those were all rejected. ive contacted redemptionph@partner.samsung.com but received the same reply that my attachments are incorrect. They didnt even check the attachments on my email to them (attached docs ive submitted before)

Can you help regarding this concern? Still am not able to redeem the voucher. If you can point me to someone from Samsung redemption I can talk to directly it would be appreciated. Its just frustrating to have the redemption get rejected time and time again yet no one from the Redemption team can provide a clear sample of what to submit if the preorder came from a Smart physical store that is tied to a recontract application.
