What is Samsung 321?
Get information on the nearest emergency services (within a 5km radius) based on the user's location by dialing 321 on your device, may be then online/offline. Samsung 321 app allows the users to contact emergency services using their handset*, and also shows the location and contact information of the nearest Samsung mobile phone service and appliance center. (Service available in the Philippines only) *Telco charges will apply.
SETUP GUIDE
Locate Samsung 321 in App list
*Samsung 321 app may be located on the main apps list (not in Samsung folder) depending on the model
Open App and allow permissions
Allow app the make and manage calls and access your location. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
Enable Samsung321
Click Enable Samsung321. This will enable shortcut of Samsung321 app. Dial 321 in phone app to quickly access Samsung321 app.
Explore the App
Emergency Services tab contains contact info of nearest Police Stations, Medical Assistance, Fire Stations, Motor and Traffic Assistance, National Disaster Hotlines and Red Cross. Other Services Tab includes Mobile and Appliance Service Center Contact information.
