I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE. Upon checking the Benefits tab of my Samsung Members app, the page is blank. This, despite updating to the latest firmware.
This happened to my old S20 Ultra before but eventually fixed itself (when all promotions were expired). I can see benefits in my S22 Ultra and even my old Note 10 Lite.
Anyone else who experienced the same error and had it fixed?

I have the same issue. There's no benefits in Samsung J5 prime.
