Samsung Malaysia Helped Me When I Cheated by Samsung Lazada Flagship Store

(I have finally received their reply in Lazada and this is an big thanks to Samsung Community Manager to help me get what I reserved. I updated this post so that people know how Samsung Malaysia care for their community)

I ordered a A55 5G from Samsung Flagship Store at Lazada. Their Lazada product page listed A55 5G will gift a Samsung Ear Bugs FE but in fact there is no Ear Bugs in the delivery package. Feel huge disappointing with Samsung, their chat agent even don't want reply my inquiry. First time feel cheated by Samsung (Flagship Store). I couldn't believe this thing happened to me.

When I received the parcel, only the phone and PWP charger, the Galaxy Buds not seen. Immediately I inquire and chat with the Samsung Flagship Store at Lazada, but they not reply at all. Multiple messages sent like radio silent.

The next day I contacted Samsung Call Center, the lady told me my order is not under Samsung Malaysia Official Lazada account and they couldn't help me, then I have no choice but posted my experience here in Samsung Community. 

The community manager saw my case and direct offered me assistant and help me to investigate the fraud case. I really appreciate their professionalism to help me get what I deserved.

Finally the flagship store chat person respond to me and send me a voucher to purchase the Galaxy Buds at RM 0.00.

This experience taught me to buy Samsung Phone only at Samsung website (which lucky I did for S23Ultra last year) or Samsung outlet.

Thanks to Samsung Community and the manager, this case has reach the happy ending. I can enjoy listening to the songs with new Galaxy Buds FE.

Sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience, could you share some additional information to us on this?( the online store link, purchase details etc.) so that we can check on our end.

On another note, do be extra careful when purchasing products from Lazada and Shopee - a lot of unscrupulous sellers out there trying to 'con' unsuspecting buyers - in doubt do always clarify your purchases with the buyer and take video evidence of your product delivery & unboxing.

It's okay. It's my mistake to trust "Samsung flagship store" at Lazada, which in fact not Samsung official store. I checked with Samsung call center, they told me flagship store is not official store. I checked further more, it's actually a company called Ecart Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (983365-K). I have tried to chat with them via Lazada chat but they refuse to respond. I have to accept my faith and never buy again at Lazada or Shopee because I couldn't differentiate the real and fake flagship/official store. It surprised me that any company can represent Samsung Malaysia to sell as flagship store so easily.
