Samsung should not have promotion if they can't deliver

Bought my Fold 6 on 2nd January. The promotion of Watch 7 and bud3 as gifts was a major consideration when i made the purchase. 

I made the redemption for the free gifts on 3rd Jan. As there was no update, an email was sent to them on 18 Jan to check on the status. 

As there was no reply, I called them on 23 Jan and and they mentioned stock would be available by mid Feb. 

Email reply finally came on 24 Jan after another email chaser for update on 22 Jan which mentioned a status that was different from the phone call:

"Your gift will be deliver as soon as our logistic team are done with the necessary arrangement. Our courier will call or SMS you within 14 working days (from your shipped status dated 09th January 2025) to schedule the delivery of your gift."

Trusting the reply from the phone call, I waited. 

Sent them an email for status update on 12 Feb. And after another "any updates?" chaser on 17 Feb, a reply was received on 17 Feb. 

Email reply on 17 Feb mentioned:

"We have escalated your request to check your gift delivery status with our relevant team.

Once your gifts is ready for delivery, our logistics team will contact you to make the necessary delivery arrangement."

Called them today (21 Feb) and I was told stock will be available on 3 March and they will start shipping out on 10 March. Frankly I'm skeptical and not sure what other delays I will face when 10 March arrives. 

If Samsung cannot deliver, they should not even have this promotion. I would have considered other options available. 

Utterly ridiculous and disappointed to need to wait up to 3 months for their own OEM products from such a huge organization like Samsung.

And the best part is, the two items are listed as "in stock" in Samsung Shop.

Same issue here. You are not the only one. Bought it on Dec 2024 some more. Until now, I have not received

Today is the 10 March. Still waiting. Called them last week and was informed they had stock that arrived on 3 March and they would start shipment on the 10 March. Let's see if my items are included in this batch.

For 2 items that are in stock at their shops and yet I've waited 2.5 months and not yet delivered, Samsung you can do much better.

Have they called you? I received a call from them this morning. 11th Mar. They informed me the delivery will be made by this week. Let's see.

Nope. No calls. Only contact was yesterday. A generic message which i had received a few times.

Anyway.. since they didn't call.. I called them awhile ago. Was told that they had placed the order with the distribution centre yesterday and I should receive within 3 to 5 days. Let see if that happens
