Got my new phone on Sept 1st. Registered for the freebies; powerbank was delivered last Saturday, Samsung care+ as per support page here it has started on the 7th. Have not received the discounted vouchers for the buds and watch. Does it really takes a lot of time? :(

I think I am now waiting for samsung's email since I already got the powerbank. Lol thought there's also a free clear case but there wasnt.

You may view the vouchers through Samsung Members apps as follows:

Samsung Members App > Benefits > My Vouchers.

It should appear there with your E-voucher codes.

Still waiting for the discount vouchers? Try going to Samsung.com and Sign in > Shop > Redemption > Redemption History > My Account > GWP + E-Voucher Redemption History and click on your redemption.

Take a look at the  and see if your vouchers are present just right beside the gift.
