Capitol one app doesn't work with the fingerprint scanner have to use user id and password

they may not have re-enabled it after the security flaw was discovered. Though it's patched now so they may fix it soon.

My bank and credit card fingerprints are working fine

Go to the app, then turn off fingerprint and back on again and scan your fingerprint. It happened to me a couple of days ago and no issues after I rescanned my fingerprint

If it doesn't work after trying the above mentioned steps then it's either your bank or the app developer that's the issue not Samsung.
