Anyone else having issues with AA, no sound on assistant voice, as well as car home button no longer responds to home menu

I am using Android Auto without any issue. You may have to go into the Android Auto app and force the new UI in the settings of the app. Once you do that you will be good to go.

just did it, but still no sound when assistant replies and my home physical button no longer works to get to the main menus, works fine when not running AA

I guess I am having an issue after all. The directions are not being spoken but the music lowers volume as if the directions are being said.

Cleared the cache or data from about every related process I could think of (AA, Assistant, Google Play Services, wiped the car software). Sometimes it's silent like it's supposed to be talking, sometimes is loud static. Bummer because beta 2 solved a few problems and created another.
