anyone else have their dialer disappear while in a call?

My dialer screen completely disappeared while I was in a call, no green bar at the top of the screen, opened the dialer again could make another call but was still on the first with no way to end it. Ended up having to force close the dialer in order to end the call 🤦‍♂️. Reported to Sammy, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue.
