My S10 battery drains very quickly, generally 1% every 3 minutes. Because of this it takes forever to charge. I have to power my phone off in order to charge in a reasonable amount of time. Any suggestions?
go to Settings, select Device Care, tap Battery & make sure you have Fast Charging selected for both wired and wireless charging, if you don't already.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
