Beta 6 update not there

I got the notification nd I was about to update but now that I checked it's not showing up?! Anyone got a solution or somethin?

users like me that have the s10+ with T-Mobile got the notification through the one hi beta app but when I went to check and download it said that my software is up to update and I'm still in beta 5
