Sorry if this has been asked already, but the search function just spins forever 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
Previous BT devices connected just fine, but when I click the scan button for a new device nothing happens.

Clear your system cache. Power off the device, the hold the power, bixby and volume up button. Release the buttons once the Samsung/Android splash screen. Use the volume button to scroll down to "clear/delete cache. Use the power button to select. Confirm you want to clear your cache then reboot once cache has been cleared.
