Bluetooth volume

Is it me? Or does the volume via Bluetooth seem a lot lower than with Pie?

the amount of volume I get it good. the problem I have is it randomly maxing out

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

Not at all, was listening to my Sony ear buds last nite. Sound was stellar, and volume control worked as it should for me.
