The standard flash is also too bright when used for notifications. They need to tweak this as it could cause injury to another person. I think they should follow other manufacturers and have the flash stay in step with the ringtone or notification being played. Both of these things are very doable. The brightness issue is critical because it makes the flash for notifications dangerous in its current state.
