camera flash notification

Is it possible to change how the camera flash notification is?? Like in the next update is it possible to make it a burst or pulse flash as well as adjusting the brightness of the flash

You'd have to go to the Play store and try a 3rd party application for that kind of customization. From what I see, the blink rate, & times are adjustable in many of the applications.
