can't update smart switch

I want to go back from one ui. Don't like it at all. It says to use smart switch. When I go to update it it just says updating but no progress on the download bar. Any help would be appreciated!

You need the computer version of SmartSwitch. But it currently does not allow you to revert to Pie.

Indeed. You may have to wait until the next beta release to try to revert to 9.0

You have to unregister from the beta. Then look for a system update. It will find one that will download and reinstall android 9

I don't think that's right. from what I was told by a Samsung rep, if you don't backup on smart switch on PC BEFORE you downloaded beta, you will not be able to revert back to 9
