I have been having trouble getting to the multitasking view with all running apps when on the home screen or in the app drawer. Is it not avaliable or is there a trick I'm missing?

I'm also having this issue, i think it's supposed to work but there's a glitch, sometimes it catches it but most of the time it just simply doesn't work

I'm using the "older" Samsung gestures and when I swipe up, from left of center, it works every time. Not a fan of the new Android 10 gestures, from Google, if that's what you need information on.
