clearing recent apps

Is anyone having issues clearing their recent apps by swiping up on them? Or swiping up on the screen sometimes in general like to go to your app drawer?

in terms of the recents dont close? or that the recents screen does not open?

Swipe Up on the Recent screen suppose to open the app drawer on Android 10 but it seems that Samsung disabled that....

Are the apps "bouncing back down" in Recents screen?

no I cant swipe up at all on the recent apps to close them out or even open the app drawer sometime

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
