When dark Mode is enabled a pinkish tint can be seen on the wallpaper. Previously this wasn't an issue on Android 9.0

press and hold dark mode and turn off the apply to wallpaper setting

This is a new feature for dark mode that tried to apply itself to your wallpaper. Go to settings>display>dark mode and toggle the apply to wallpaper setting. should be back to normal now.
