Downgrading

Does anyone know why I cant downgrade from beta? Smart Switch isnt showing a downgrade button and I want to return to One UI 1

Go to settings here in this app and tap on One UI Beta Program, at the bottom there is a button saying Withdraw, that should take you out of the beta and downgrade

I've tried that many times and when I plug into smart switch it just says " you have the latest software installed"
