Factory Restoring while using Beta

Will factory restoring my device affect the One Beta? Or would I need to reinstall the Beta?

Beta is tied to your Samsung account so should be all good. Have you tried clearing the system cache first?

Yes I have. I'm considering to factory restore because I have a "call and text" program crashing repeatedly.

Turning off calling and texting on other devices in advance features fixed this issue for me

Did you try clearing the cache and data for each app crashing?

Factory resetting is the way to go if clearing the Cache didn't work

Factory resetting device still stays on Q OS binary and doesnt downgrade to P OS. So there would be no need to install beta again.
