I cant log into my chase app using my fingerprint when I try it bugs out anybody else having that problem?

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

If clearing the data of the Chase app and redoing your fingerprints then it may just be the app isn't compatible with a beta operating system. Some financial apps like Google Pay won't recognize beta software.

it took longer than normal but my chase app did accept my fingerprint

I haven't had any problems since beta 3 was installed, but I cleared system cache and added new finger prints as suggested.

I've been using the chase app just fine with zero issues. The chase app IS compatible with this beta.
