QuestionsOnce you have the theme store page open, click on the three dots in top right corner and from the settings choose to add a Theme Store icon to your home screen!

If I recall correctly, most themes are generally not compatible with the beta.
The theme developers are all probably working on their themes to make sure they're compatible with the new OS when it comes out.
When I was beta testing Nougat and Pie we didn't have access to any themes at all, so they have at least let us have a few in this beta which is awesome.
