gallery app washed out, one ui 2.0 update

Hi everyone! So I have a s10 plus and downloaded the one ui 2.0 update only to notice that evreything in the gallery app was shown as washed out and lacking color. When I open recent apps it shows it as vivid like the rest of my phone but when I pull in it's washed out again. Anyone else having this issue or know of a solution?

I can confirm this as well just checked! The colors are muddied and lack any vibrance at all!

I thought some setting of my phone went haywire! every single picture I take is washed out and annoying, I keep on taking pictures over and over change settings etc but without luck, good to know it's just a gallery issue and not the actual pictures

It works fine for me and look wise I do not see much diff. I have S10

Definitely looks washed out to me compared to the recent app view.

Please try below steps:

Settings > Apps > "Show system apps" in the top right corner,

1. Select "Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
2. Select "Sec Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data

※ Note: The tag information added arbitrarily disappears but the original is preserved and other information is filled by reanalysis.

just did what you recommended, those steps deleted every single pic in my gallery! 😡🤬. Really not happy now

I have the same issue. It seems the phone is changing to natural mode when in the gallery app only. When you exit gallery the screen changes back to vivid mode. Hope they catch this bug in time for the next beta update.
