Gallery/Camera Image Error

Pictures taken with the camera doesnt save image in the gallery, below is what i get & it happens more offten then not.

Anyone else getting this?

Please try below steps:

Settings > Apps > "Show system apps" in the top right corner,

1. Select "Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
2. Select "Sec Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data

※ Note: The tag information added arbitrarily disappears but the original is preserved and other information is filled by reanalysis.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

i did that prior to posting but unfortunately it didn't work 😪 im going to do a factory reset later to see if that fixes it... ill keep yall posted

after hours & hours of restoring backed up samsung/google data... factory reset didn't fix the bug... phone feels smoother though!
