at first I thought it was me but my controller doesn't work either! when I hold the home button it keeps blinking to different color but not connecting. for now, I am just using the controller on the VR headset to navigate.
@Samsung support- I have already cleared cache 3 times with no luck. I also tried different batteries just incase.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
