Does anyone else have missing battery usage bars from the battery info page in device care? I remember it was as a fix in the beta 7 but still missing them. PS i cleared the cache partition after the update.

Nope. Whenever a new release gets installed, I reboot the phone (after the auto-reboot) triggered by the upgrade. This usually takes care of some bugs.
