Getting Annoyed!

I've sent error reports, feedback with screenshots, made tons of posts and I havent gotten one reply from Samsung other than a useless Copy pasta comment saying to "wiPE anD CleaR SySTem caCHe" my batter is now literally draining as fast as it charges. Smh not even sure if I should use the phone anymore until this gets fixed I dont wanna permanently damage my battery 💔😓

everyone wants to join beta so they can have all the access but don't understand what comes with beta

I expected some bugs, minor glitches and the occasional restart and clear cache every now and again.... not a complete downgrade in system performance

You are not going to get any "personal" replies from Samsung to your specific issue. Reporting is all you can do for now and wait till a new beta is dropped, the final release or roll back to A9.

It could be an app that's not compatible with the beta that's causing the drain.

**bleep** it totally was.. looked in my device care and it said the Roku app was causing crashes and draining battery. I've uninstalled it so I'm hoping that helps thanks for giving me some actual input 💯

when you join beta you should expect your phone to break, but fully know how to fix it wether via abd, or odin 99% don't understand this. and you should also expect it to take forever for Samsung to release a patch, their robotic post replies are completely useless.
