Gifs made with camera through SMS text, Verizon only?

I'm on Sprint and have a S10+, while my sister is on Verizon with a S10.    She can make her own Gifs via text messaging and send them.

I don't see the option anywhere, is this a Verizon only feature?   TIA

Try going into the Camera settings, then changing what it does when you hold the shutter button..

you Rock, thanks. not the same as hers shows as a option when texting.

I have to do it while in the camera app itself. but, it's better than not having the option.
