Google Play Store after update shows "device not certified".

I updated (personally) the Google Play Store app for October 15, 2019. After that, my Samsung s10e device is not certified. I read on possible solutions for this issue and certified my device again. Then I uninstalled my updated and re-installed again.

Just waiting for a solution on this android 10 beta.

Question: is my device certified?

The beta version isn't certified by Google. The final version will be certified again.
