Google's Message "chat" feature not working for anyone else?

It says unavailable for me on my s10+

I tried on my Note 9 and it works no problem.

Google said that anyone who tried getting RCS via the **bleep** automatically got chat features.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
