At the gym today and my buds won't pick up music. Shows connected. Battery. Cleared cache. Unpaired then re-paired. Can turn on ambient noise. Tried Pandora, Amazon music, and Samsung music app NADA. Calls work. Just not music platforms

pull down the notification shade. click on the bluetooth label (the word label area or it might say the name of your headphones or the number or BT devices connected , not the icon area) click on details at the bottom. next click on the gear icon next to your headphones and then make sure calls and audio/media are toggled on. might have to disconnect and reconnect for the toggle to change. also make sure separate app sound or dual audio isnt on or If they are toggle them so that output is going to your headphones.
