I was wondering what the difference is in these 2 different updates because before joining the Android 11 One UI 2 beta, I didn't have both. Any insight or information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

the first one is obviously an OS update and the 2nd seems to be an update for Google services

Do you have that in your Biometrics and Security in your settings? I just am not sure what exactly the play system update does.

oh wow yeah i do have a tab for that. didn't even know it until now lol. so the first one is your 2nd beta update. it has lots of bug fixes. you definitely want to download that. after you download that, that should automatically update your play services as well and that 2nd notification will go away

Yeah, I downloaded the second Beta update and I saw a few people who said that they haven't even gotten the update (November Security Patch) on their pixels when we did. I love being in the Beta program.

I've actually never looked in the biometric and security tab for updates. I've always just looked in the system updates tab. cool find tho

Well, I try to download the second 1 and it says it's up to date but mine doesn't disappear. Which 1 of yours dissapeared after you updated it if you don't mind me asking. I have downloaded the second beta version and so I know it's up to date, but the second 1: Google Play System, says it's up to date and won't update or dissapear. Do you know what I could be doing wrong. I really appreciate your time and help.

honestly I would just ignore it. have you tried restarting the phone? maybe that would make it go away?
and it's no problem
