Why are my apps on my doc so high up?   Everyone else's I've seen is much lower to the bottom

Your apps look about the same height as mine are.

well open my photo then close the app, you can see the apps shift upwards

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

looks good, seems mines a tad lower, but I'm using Nova Launcher
