I have 3 home screens with the middle screen set as my default. I noticed that when ever I power up my phone or after a reboot that the phone comea up with the screen other than the default. I realize this is not rrally a major issue but it is rather annoying and was wondering if anyone else experience this.
Heyyy BenABen. That's exactly how my cousin is named. Literally!! Anyway... try these steps and let me know if that worked. DISCLAIMER!! It will reset your whole home screen setup.
1) Settings 2) Apps 3) In the Apps search bar, search for "One UI Home" 4) Storage 5) Clear Cache 6) Set whichever screen you want as default 7) Restart your phone and check if problem solved.
If solution provided by @Boomm doesn’t help, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.
Thanks Boomm, I actually tried something similar yesterday and added a new home page to my home screen, set that as the default, removed it and set the desired page as default and cleared cache also. This morning and to my surprise, when I powered up my phone, the phone came up with the correct page that was set as default.
