I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now. My gallery albums are showing up, the files appear in the 'my files' section of the Knox app, but there are no photos to display; or there's a message saying "unsupported file." I can't restore backups and am unable to backup the photos in the gallery.
I've tried moving photos out of the folder with no luck.
Settings > Apps > "Show system apps" in the top right corner,
Select "Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
Select "Sec Media Storage" > Storage > Clear data
※ Note: The tag information added arbitrarily disappears but the original is preserved and other information is filled by reanalysis.
