For some reason while uploading a picture to any app if the picture fail to load, i cant send or upload pictures unless i restart. Example: in amazon app i put a picture with a review, picture stay at loading, if i close app and go back i cant upload anymore it just doesnt worm, then go to gmail and cant email pictures either, pictures thumbnails thay are attached are blank and email closes when press send but never send, stay on outbox but when u ioen draft oictures are not there , only solution is to restart phone to beable to share pictures again. Anyone have this problem?
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
