Keyboard is not completely at the bottom and I hate that.

go to gestures in the settings, and the turn on allow back swipe on keyboard

sorry it's in gestures and it's the last option "show button to hide keyboard" turn that off

yes that button can be toggled off. however it is such a shame because when it is enabled there is an EXTRA spacethag is added between the bottom of the keyboard and the black bar that encompasses the button to hide keyboard. that extra space should not be there. I reported it and Samsung basically denied that extra space existed
