Does anyone know what this light is?

When I use the power button to unlock my screen on the Galaxy S10 Plus, there is a tiny light like a dot that shows for a second above the battery percentage.

The small blinking light is the proximity sensor. And it is completely normal. :)

That is the proximity sensor, but it should only be visible while on a phone call.

This was also driving me crazy because I thought maybe something was wrong with my screen and I just got my phone 2 weeks ago. Hah! I put in an error report and the same bug actually happens when you're calling somebody on speaker phone. You can actually look at your phone it will have that light blinking constantly until the phone picks up. It is the proximity sensor. But I don't recall ever having a phone where this was visible before.
