Lock Star/Changing the Lockscreen clock

Is it just me or does changing the clock or using lock Star not work at all.

Lock Star isn't compatible with Android 10. Android 10 might be final before it is.

Oh okay because multistar and some of the others say that it's "unplugged" while Lock Star is still "operational"
