loss of Samsung app

My Google play store shows it is downloaded but the icon is gone and when I go to Google Play Store and look at my installed apps it shows it's installed but won't let me open it.... no icon either and can't uninstall and re install either🤔

I did and it doesn't sow up on my Play Store but it says it is already downloaded as a downloaded app in my Google Play Store but hazed out can't open it and no app icon shows up.... weird

Samsung Dictionary

Try this ... Settings -> Apps -> (name of app), Force stop, then Storage-> Clear cache, Storage-> Clear Data

Or , you mention "Samsung app" ... might check the Galaxy Store for it

no success but thanks for trying. I lost Samsung Dictionary and suddenly have One Drive which I am fine with but weird I lost the dictionary

already checked store and says it is already downloaded...Samsung Dictionary... but app is not present and can't open it in my installed apps.... can't do anything with it
