Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Team won't launch

I cant get either Outlook or Teams to launch.  Just get the splash screen and then that never goes away.  Anyone else see this?

Outlook works for me. I don't use Teams.

I am able to use both.

I have the same issue, as well as others in earlier postings. looks like its tied into if you have to use the Intune Company Portal
