Missing app from app drawer

Are your apps missing from app drawer even even though they are installed, such as GMail, Google Keep, Google Fi?

I have to search to find my apps.

yes an sometimes the get deleted by themselves

They may be hidden (had that happen randomly after previous factory reset). Go to One UI Home Screen Settings - Hide Apps to check. Possible fixes are clearing cache partition or factory reset. If neither of those fix it, submit bug report in the feedback section.
