music app stopping in a few minutes after screen turns off

Hi,

I have a music app which turns off in a few minutes of the screen turn off. This happens when phone is not connected to power. The same music app works fine in Galaxy s5  and a one plus phone which has the Android pie OS. But it has this issue in Samsung Galaxy 10e. I have tried all the power/data settings , but in vain. Can this be fixed?

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

I tried clearing cache and rebooting my device. That did not fix the problem. I already sent error report.

is the app set up to be put to sleep? go in to the battery options and make sure it's set to "no".

I have set that app as the app which will not go to sleep

idk what app your using but I'm having the same problem with Spotify

I don't have that issue with spotify. Please check if "show background ANRs" is enabled in developer options. The app I am having this issue with is Tanpura droid
