my nuts...

For the life of me I cant figure out why my nuts hurt. I've been to the dr. No STDs no STI. No cancer no tumors I do have a lump. I do smoke weed, and tobacco frequently. Pain is real. I'm 31. I want to put up a Christmas Tree with my 3 year son with out fear of stepping wrong and above everything I just want to be able to hold him like I used too. I want my life back. Some photos with long exposure.

prostate infection? other than pain, symptoms are unnoticeable .
