It's a known problem posted in the main Notifications area. Many have been sideloading the app downloaded from Apkmirror.com

This is a known issue. If Netflix was installed before you installed the beta, you shouldn't have a problem (mine works fine). But trying to install it after doesn't work.

considering that you can downgrade back to pie with beta release of smartswitch as yakimuro mentioned above having the app installed prior to upgrade will keep the app and mine also works fine. apk mirror can be a handy site though
