No Gmail notifications

The problem started in beta 2 I was hoping beta 3 would fix it but I am still not getting Gmail notifications in Beta 3.

notifications from Gmail are working fine for me.

For the first time in the Beta testing I am finally getting Gmail notifications. Maybe you should backup your data and factory reset your phone.

I did a factory reset and Gmail notifications started working only to stop again.

Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.

If issue persists, please send us an error report with screenshots from One UI Beta App (Beta Feedback -> Send feedback-> Error Reports -> "Select Category" -> Input frequency and Description" -> Send (Top Right Icon). We appreciate your help for supporting beta program.

This did not help and I have done a factory reset which did not help either.
