notification bar in expanded quicksettings panel

I don't know if this is intentional or not but the status bar at the very top is underneath the camera cutout and it doesn't match the regular notification panel and I really really dont like it so if it's intentional can we please get a way to make it optional

my screenshot is about the information in the status bar in the expanded quicksettings panel, that screenshot is not expanded stop making a fool of yourself
