Notifications from Snapchat not appearing in Status Bar

Notifications from Snapchat do not appear in the Status Bar/Toolbar after the initial pop up, as of Beta OS version 3. Is anyone else having this issue?

there should be an update for snapchat, I updated mines yesterday and they're back now!

I'm not seeing an update on my end. All my apps show up to date but Snap says last update 3 days ago.
